Our Story
Our story began with a simple idea in 2005—a small office supplies business with a big heart and an even bigger vision. Even then, we knew that every office supply we delivered could be more than just a product; it could be a building block toward a more sustainable future.
Over the years, that vision blossomed into bold new ventures. In 2011, we launched Benir Aquaa, driven by a spirit of innovation and a deep concern for our environment. By 2012, a partnership with Lyreco broadened our horizons, infusing our work with fresh ideas and robust international standards. Our journey took an exciting turn in 2014 when we joined forces as a Parle Agro Bailley Franchisee, paving the way for new chapters of growth.
But our story isn’t just about business milestones. It’s about the people, the passion, and the planet. As our revenue reached INR 100cr in 2018, we knew we were on the right path—not merely in financial success but in our commitment to make a real difference. In 2024, we embraced one of our most ambitious projects yet by launching our dedicated E-Waste Management division. This was more than a new service—it was our response to the urgent global challenge of electronic waste, a challenge that weighs as heavily on our world as the combined weight of every commercial plane ever built.
Parallel to our e-waste initiative, we also unveiled a 100% recycled office supplies line. This new venture not only honors our heritage but also reinforces our commitment to environmental stewardship, ensuring that every product we offer contributes to a more sustainable future.
One of our proudest endeavors is our lake rejuvenation project in Kutch. With deep inspiration drawn from nature, we have successfully restored 18 lakes so far, breathing new life into these vital ecosystems. But we are just getting started—our ambitious goal is to revitalize 300 lakes by 2035. Each restored lake is a symbol of hope, a testament to our dedication to nurturing the environment and inspiring communities to cherish and protect our natural resources.

Our Chairman
Benir took its first step in the industry in the year 2006, at the IT-Hub of India, Bengaluru. The company was curated by the Chairman and Managing Director, Hirji Narayan Patel aspiring to transform an informal and unorganized industry into a professional and organized to provide valuable services to its clients.
