Benir is responsible for the personal data collected and processed by us and our subcontractors within the framework of our services (the “Benir Services”) and for the processing of personal data through our digital channels, such as this website and/or other future digital touchpoints.

about purchase history in relation to a specific corporate customer is linked to the corporate

how you use Benir Services, information about the features you use, the websites that you visit and the software 
configuration that you use. This may also include information about IP address and settings.

How do we collect your personal data?

We collect personal data when you use Benir Services or in any other way interact with us. The data is collected through the following procedure: Information that you share with us. When you register yourself as a user/customer, log in to our website and contact our customer service for support. When you sign up for our newsletter, one of our events, apply for a job with us or perform other activities within the framework of the Benir Services when providing information about yourself, such as name, phone number, email address and content of messages. Personal data is usually provided by you actively providing us with filled out online forms, send emails or give us feedback through features created for that purpose. Some personal data is collected by analysing the way you interact with Benir Services and our products, such as website cookies and information (IP address, language settings and push notification settings) that we get from the way you use your device (mobile phone, computer or tablet) when using Benir Services.

What do we do with your data?

The reason for processing personal data is to improve the Benir Services for you. That we have the opportunity to (1) provide and administrate your access to Benir Services, (2) fulfil our contractual and legal obligations, (3) to answer customer service issues, (4) improve your user experience, (5) send you information and direct marketing through email or any other way, (6) further develop the Benir Services and (7) prevent, limit and investigate misuse of Benir Services. The processing of personal data in accordance with points 1 to 3 above is done with fulfilment of an agreement as a legal basis (if the processing is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you) or a legitimate interest. The processing of personal data in accordance with points 4 to 7 above is done with a legitimate interest as a legal basis, where Benir’s legitimate interest is to be able to exercise its rights and obligations under the agreement with the customer company and to market our products and services.

How long do we store your personal data?

Benir will take reasonable steps to store personal data only for as long as necessary in order to fulfil the purposes of which it was collected in the first place. Otherwise, we will delete personal data in accordance with applicable law. We store your personal data for as long as it’s necessary for us to be able to fulfil our commitment, i.e. provide Benir Services, invoice or handle complaints. If you have agreed that your contact information should be stored in our client register for marketing purposes, it will be stored up to 36 months after customer relationship has ended if you don’t request your personal data to be deleted before then.

Who can we share your information with?

Benir may share your personal data to partners who perform services on behalf of Benir. These recipients only have the right to process your personal data in connection with performing a service for Benir, e.g. to deliver an ordered item to you or to send marketing or newsletters. We require these providers to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and not use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than to provide us with agreed products or services. We may also disclose your personal information to authorities, such as the Swedish Tax Agency, if we are required by law to do so. In the event that all or part of our business is sold, we may share your personal information to a potential buyer of the business.

Transaction to third countries

Benir primarily processes personal data within India, but in some cases, use suppliers that are established in a third country (i.e. a country outside India), for data storage, and system maintenance that gives the supplier access to personal data. In the event that data is shared to suppliers in third countries, this will only happen when Benir has legal support. Benir will also require these providers to (1) protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and (2) not use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than to provide us with agreed products or services.

You have the right to contact Benir at any time in order to exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws. The right to access extracts and correction: You have the right to request information free of charge once every calendar year about which (if any) personal data we process about you and also have any incorrect information corrected. The right to be forgotten: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in the event that the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected (the right to be forgotten). Depending on which data that gets deleted, Benir may no longer be able to provide certain services to you. The right to information: You have the right to receive information about how your personal data is processed. This is done through this Privacy Policy.
The right to limit the processing of your personal data: You have the right to limit the personal data. In such a case, the processing of your personal data may only take place for certain limited purposes. Right to object against Benir’s processing of personal data: You have the right to object to Benir’s processing of your personal data under certain conditions. You also have the right to request that Benir share this personal data to another personal data controller.
